Welcome to WaterSmart, Canyon's new and improved, free water management tool and online payment portal for City of Canyon water customers. This will be the only way to pay online starting June 1, 2023.
Customers are still able to pay with a bank draft, check, cash, or in person. The only change being made is to online payments and card draft payments.

Do I need to re-submit the form if I'm on auto-draft with a bank account? No, if you signed up through the Business Office for a bank draft, you do not need to do anything.
If I had a bank draft through Municipal Online, what should I do to start a new bank draft? You can fill out this form: https://form.jotform.com/223244275505048 and turn it into the Business Office at 301 16th Street.
If I'm on card draft with a credit/debit card, what do I do? Customers paying with card drafts will need to log into WaterSmart and create a NEW auto-draft with your choice of card.
Will my login be the same as my login from Municipal Online? No, you must create a new account with a new login. You will need your account number and the service zip code (79015).
Do I have to have a login to pay my bill? No, you do not have to have a login. WaterSmart has one-time payment options. If you would like to set up an auto-draft or have the website remember your payment information, a login is needed.
Can I still pay at the Business Office, over the phone, or by mailing a check? Yes! All these options are still available. The only option that has changed is online payments.
