The Human Resource Director provides administrative support in the area of Personnel Services.

The Human Resource Director's responsibilities are as follows:

  • Implementation of Personnel Rules and Regulations as they pertain to City Employees
  • Administration of Employee's Benefit Programs
  • Administration of Retirement Benefits
  • Custodian of Employee Records and Employment Verification
  • Conducts New Employee Orientation and Employee Exit Interviews
  • Serves as a Notary Public of the State of Texas
