Overview

The department of Communications and Community Engagement is the bridge between the media and City Staff. This department is a proud member of the Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers (TAMIO). Responsibilities for this office include:

• Press releases
• Coordination of news media outlets
• Social media management
• Website management
• Internal and external communications
